Brick Barn Blanc De Blanc Sparkling Wine

This estate Sparkling wine from the Santa Ynez Valley is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes and while it is a California Sparkling wine it is made using the same traditional and labor intensive method as Champagne. 

This wine is full of fine, bright bubbles aromas of green apple, fresh thyme and white flowers and notes of ripe pear and tart pineapple on the palate. This is a refreshing but still rich and complex sparkling wine with hints of nutty flavors and crisp acid on the finish.
